Mirarmar "I" is an apartment for rent with private pool and sea views located in the residential area of Cala Galdana. Miramar stands out for its views and its location, as it is only a few minutes walk from the beach.
The apartment for rent in Menorca consists of three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en suite), living room, kitchen, a large terrace with barbecue, pool, laundry room and parking space.
The property is distributed on two levels, on one level is the pool and down a few steps there is the house and the terrace overlooking the beach of Cala Galdana.
The main room consists of a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a complete bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and a hairdryer. The other two double rooms are made up of two single beds and a wardrobe in each of them.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary kitchenware.
Both, the living room and the kitchen have access to the terrace. The outdoor area of the house is composed of a large pool surrounded by sun loungers, an area to enjoy outdoor meals with an outdoor table and chairs and a barbeque area.
The apartment for rent has a parking space, a laundry room that has; washing machine, board and iron for clothes. The property is also equipped with a safe, WiFi and satellite television.
All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels on weekdays is provided and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.

From the Airport or Port of Mahón (35min):
1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)
2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana, at the entrance is our office, where it will usually be the meeting point with the host.
3. You have to take the first exit and continue until you reach the Miramar housing.
From the Port of Ciutadella (25min):

Upon the late arrival due to flight times we were met at the apartment and shown all about. The apartment was well presented and the facilities were better than expected with dishwasher, washing machine facilities, ideal as we had two infants in our see more

The apartment was well presented and the facilities were better than expected with dishwasher, washing machine facilities, ideal as we had two infants in our party. This is the first time for many years that we have taken a 'self catering@ option and would have taken supplies of dishwasher tablets etc if we had realised. We ordered high chairs, cots and beach towels and these were all supplied and of a good quality. Towels were changed once during our week. The BBQ facilities and external areas were great for families. The pool area was well supplied with 6 sun loungers (would have been better if an adjustable back !) there was plenty of patio furniture for our needs. So overall this was a great place to stay and we would thoroughly recommend the apartment for a calm and relaxing location.

HOW TO GET TO THE VILLA:
From the Airport or Port of Mahón (35min):
1. Take the Carretera General (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)

From the Port of Ciutadella (25min):
