Can Quel stands out above all for its beautiful and spacious exterior and for its location, since it is located in a natural and quiet environment and less than 10 minute’s walk from Cala Galdana beach and very close to the Camí de Cavalls, a route to go to Cala Mitjana.

Upon entering the villa, on the right side, you will find the kitchen which is fully equipped with everything necessary to satisfy all culinary needs. It has a table and chairs, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils. It also has an osmosis tap for guests.

Next is the spacious living room. This is equipped with two sofas, television and a desk, a perfect place for those who need a space to work. In addition, the living room has air conditioning and also has direct access to the terrace and outside where the pool is located. The covered terrace is equipped with a garden table and chairs for all diners to enjoy great meals outdoors.

The rooms are distributed in three double bedrooms. The master bedroom en-suite is equipped with a king-size bed and a good closet to store all the clothes and it is also equipped with air conditioning. The en-suite bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. The next double bedroom is also equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe. Finally, the third bedroom has two single beds and a closet with enough space to store clothes. The other bathroom is also fully equipped with a shower and hairdryer.

The exterior of the Villa for rent in Menorca is really big and has a private pool, a barbecue and a terrace with a chill out area. It has six hammocks, an umbrella and all the outdoor garden furniture necessary to enjoy the sun, the pool, and meals and evenings outdoors. All bedding and a set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all towels used on weekdays is provided and bed linen are changed every 7 days and an extra cleaning.

THE AREA

The Cala Galdana Urbanization is one of the best known and most prestigious in Menorca thanks to its impressive beach located in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, its crystal clear waters and its shape shell make it a true paradise.

Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as guards, hammocks, boat rentals, restaurants, etc. The beach is ideal for young children who do not know or learn to swim by not covering the sea in the first 50 meters.

It consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a spacious landscaped outdoor area which, in addition to the large swimming pool, has two terraces, a forward overlooking the pool and the rear terrace where we will find the barbecue area.

This villa rental in Menorca is equipped besides with central air conditioning, WiFi, safe, Radio-CD compatible for iPod and private parking.

The rooms are composed on the one part of a master bedroom suite with double bed and direct access to the terrace. Moreover, the other two rooms are made up of two double bedrooms and have a family bathroom. All rooms have a fitted wardrobe to enjoy amplitude.
