This villa rental Menorca is located in a very quiet, safe, family-friendly area, and just a few meters walk from the beautiful beach of Cala Galdana and close to Camí de Cavalls.

Villa Asarel contains three double bedrooms and one single bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining room, barbecue, a terrace with beautiful views of nature, air conditioning and Wifi. It also has a private parking space inside the property.

You enter Villa Asarel by stairs until you reach the main door that leads to the entrance of the apartment. To the right of the hall we find the wide corridor where the rooms are located. At the end of the corridor is located the fully equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor area and the pool. It has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils. Next, there is the living room that is very cozy and has direct access to the balcony and the terrace where the pool is located. The living room is fully equipped with a flat-screen digital satellite TV and a ceiling fan. This is a good place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine while enjoying those summer nights outdoors.

The first one we find is the main room equipped with a double bed, a large closet, air conditioning and a complete bathroom en suite. The bathroom has a bathtub and a hairdryer. The next double room has two single beds and is equipped with a good wardrobe and air conditioning. The other bedroom is equipped with a single bed, a wardrobe and air conditioning. Next, we find the fully equipped bathroom with a shower tray. Finally, we find the last double room that consists of a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.

The exterior of the house is accessed from the main entrance through some stairs where we find the pool and the terrace, an area to enjoy the outdoors with an outdoor table and chairs.

Villa Asarel is equipped with a safe, WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, washing machine, iron and iron, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, as well as all the equipment required by current legislation. It also has a parking space.

All bed linen and one set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels is provided on weekdays and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.

About 10 minutes from the Villa there is a bus stop that offers a good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities on the island, so car rental is not essential, although it is always recommended on an island like Menorca where There is a lot to see and especially if you want to have easier access to different outstanding corners and all the virgin coves.

HOW TO GET THERE

From Mahón Airport or Port (35min):
1. Take the General Highway (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this population, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)
2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana.
3. You have to take the second exit and our office is located at the entrance, where it will generally be the meeting point with the host. 4. Take the third exit from the roundabout and get to Avinguda de sa Punta street nº 17, which is where the villa is located.

From the Port of Ciutadella (25min):
1. Take the General Highway (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town you will find a roundabout where you have to take the second exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22) 2. Follow the previous points 2, 3 and 4.
