Villa Mascaró is an exclusive villa with a private pool and magnificent views of the Cala Galdana beach. The villa for rent stands out for its spaciousness, comfort and above all for its wonderful views.

The villa is located in a quiet, secure and familiar area and just 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Cala Galdana and near the Camí de Cavalls.

Villa Mascaró consists of five double bedrooms and one single bedroom, four bathrooms, two kitchens, living room, dining room, barbecue area, two balconies with impressive views, a laundry room and Wifi. It also has two private parking spaces.

You enter the villa through a beautiful garden area until you reach the main door that leads to the entrance of the villa. To the left of the hall we find the spacious dining room. Next to the dining room is the fully equipped kitchen with access to the outdoor area. It has a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all kitchen utensils. Next, we find the cozy living room equipped with a flat-screen digital satellite TV. From the living room we have direct access to the balcony that offers very nice views of the beach and the back garden area. This is a good place to relax and enjoy a glass of wine while taking in those wonderful views of the beach.

On the right side we find the corridor that leads to the rooms on the first level. The first double room has two single beds and is equipped with a good wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The other bedroom is equipped with a single bed, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan. Next, we find the fully equipped bathroom with a shower tray. Finally, the master bedroom, which is located at the end of the corridor, has a double bed, a large built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and a complete bathroom en suite. It also enjoys these wonderful views of Cala Galdana.

On the lower level, we find on the left the other main room equipped with a double bed, a large closet, air conditioning and a complete bathroom en suite. Next, through the corridor we find the second double room, equipped with bunk beds, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan. Next, the other double room equipped with two single beds, a large closet and a ceiling fan. On the right hand side of the corridor we find the fully equipped bathroom and the laundry room that has; washing machine, table and iron for clothes. At the end of the corridor we find the spacious and fully equipped kitchen on the lower level that has all the necessary utensils, the dining room, the living room with views of the beach and the barbecue area to enjoy those beautiful meals outdoors.

The exterior of the house is accessed from the main entrance through a path where we find a large pool surrounded by hammocks, an area to enjoy the outdoors with an outdoor table and chairs.

Villa Mascaró is equipped with a safe, WiFi, air conditioning in the main rooms and satellite TV, two hairdryers, a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher, as well as all the equipment required by current legislation. It also has a parking space. Simply a great family villa close to all the amenities that the Cala Galdana resort has to offer and with spectacular views.

All bed linen and one set of bath towels per person is included in the price. A change of all used towels is provided on weekdays and sheets are changed every 7 days and cleaning is done.

The area

The Urbanization of Cala Galdana is one of the best known and most prestigious in Menorca thanks to its impressive beach located in the middle of high cliffs that border it and protect it from the wind, its fine white sand, its crystalline waters and its shape shell make it a true paradise. Cala Galdana is a beach that has all the necessary services such as guards, hammocks, boat rentals, restaurants etc. The beach is ideal for young children who do not know or learn to swim by not covering the sea in the first 50 meters.

The urbanization is a family environment, very safe and quiet, in its commercial area has a variety of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bars, water and leisure activities such as boat rentals, vehicles, kayaks, horseback riding, cycling etc. . It is located in the middle of a natural environment, ideal to walk for example through the Barranc d'Aljendar or walk along the Camí de Cavalls and discover Cala Mitjana (20 min walk) the charming and unspoiled Trebaluger Beach (45 min) or Cala Macarella (35min walk).

A few minutes from the apartment there is a bus stop that offers good service during the summer and reaches all the municipalities of the island, so car rental is not essential, although always recommended on an island like Menorca where there is much to see and especially if you want to access more easily to different corners and all the virgin coves.

HOW TO ARRIVE

from the Airport o Puerto de Mahón (35min):
1. Take the General Highway (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town, after a small tunnel, you will find a roundabout where you have to take the third exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)
2. After 7 km, a roundabout will welcome you to Cala Galdana.
3. You have to take the second exit and our office is located at the entrance, where it will generally be the meeting point with the host.
4. Take the third exit from the roundabout and get to Avinguda de sa Punta street nº 17, which is where the villa is located.

From the Port of Ciutadella (25min):

1. Take the General Highway (Me-1) towards Ferreries, at the height of this town you will find a roundabout where you have to take the second exit towards Cala Galdana (Me-22)
2. 2 Follow the previous points 2, 3 and 4.
